The Unseen Beauty

The heart beat
Through the roots of the world
The canopy sways to the beat of the breeze
Wandering feet trudge the dark carpet like the beat of the drums
This is home.
Home sweet home!

Why Try?

Why do you try blowing smoke up my ass?
The late nights at the office
The secretive phone calls in the walk in closet
Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining
You take me for an idiot
But i know well enough
You speak with a forked tongue
You're done
Pack your things and vanish
Disappear into your buried life

We all deserve better

We all deserve better
Stripping away their livelihood and leaving them for dirt
Stop!
Start accepting them
Let the lone wolf join the pack
Stop taking everything in life for granted
With a flicker of light it is all gone
Start appreciating moments that are as small as bed mites
Stop punishing for your own doings
Start accepting that Satan is within you
Start changing for the better.
Stop imprisonment of the innocence
Cages are packed like a farm of sardines
Illness, casualties, horror
Freedom is the key
Wild is the path

Stranger Danger

he is strange
cross eyed
warty nose
TALL
bald
lanky
silver bread
She yells
Her voice croaks
Blood covers the concrete
Jesus save me
I hate you!

Everyday Events

The grass steals
the entertainment
Then spits it back out
I pick up the ball
Slobber coats my hand
Before it is launched
Laughter and barks
of excitment fill the
calm neighbourhood
A little man rolls
like mission impossible
along the dehydrated grass

The Elements

Humans walk the
world
Taking everything for granted
They are all powerful
manipulating us
The earth chokes on the unmoveable
critters
The water explodes and drains
for the into pockets of human beings
The wind croaks as
it fills with global warming
Fire cackles as it
sets a light a house
of an innocent being
They manipulate
us and destroy us
Creating a bad reputation

Victoria Day

Romance fills the air as little rocket ships
are launched into the sky
EXPLODING
Letting the fragile sparks rain down on you
like coloured rain drops
